We do not use Courier or Tracking Numbers as they do not work for this product. Once an order is shipped we cannot know exactly where it is. What we do know, after over 20 years of being online, is that they arrive and our long term loyal customers keep coming back. Online cigar shopping requires a bit of patience.
When you order successfully you will reach a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email.

Shipping times, under normal conditions, vary depending on business days, holidays, different country postal systems, and even the weather. Under a Pandemic, like Covid-19, it can take between 2 to 6 times longer.
